Your EnviroGrant User Account

Welcome to Your Veolia EnviroGrant User Account, through which you can submit an application form for funding.

Please note:  It is important that you remember the email address and password you used to set up this account. All correspondence regarding your application will be sent to the email address you use to Login. You can change this at any time by selecting ‘My Account’ and ‘Manage my personal data’.

Before you start, please be aware that:

• Your application will only be considered if submitted prior to the closing date (see here for details).
• If you do not 'Validate and send' your application before the closing date your application will be deleted.
• Once your application has been received an email with a copy of your application will be sent to you. Keep your copy of the application form safe, as it will not be possible to access the form via this user account once a funding decision has been made. 
• All applications will be assessed within two months of the closing date, after which you will receive an email confirming the outcome.
• All grants are subject to the signing of an Agreement with Veolia and the completion of a Publicity Information Form. Grant expenditure will need to be evidenced via receipts and/or invoices on completion of a successful project.

The information provided by you in this form will only be used in relation to the EnviroGrant scheme. The form is administered by Veolia ESS Ltd and the Veolia Environment Trust. Your responses will be shared with Northampton Borough Council. Participation will in no way be used for future sales, marketing or research contact without your explicit consent. You have rights of access, rectification and the right to object to processing. You also have the rights to erasure and data portability under the GDPR 2016. Your data will be kept as long as the Northampton EnviroGrant scheme runs.
